An important service offered by BVNW PBC is Spending Night. As a non-profit organization, all monies raised are used to support BVNW students and staff. Spending Nights are held three times a year to grant funds to activities and athletic groups by request.
Every club can submit a requisition for funds to purchase items and/or services to support their organization. Past spending nights have approved expenditures for recycling bins for Kay Club, a speaker series for Debate, Drill Writer/Choreographer for Band, magazine publication costs for Muse and Yearbook, Pole Vault poles for Track, conference materials for DECA and MP3 players and video flip cameras for the technology department.
We welcome all spending requests. In order to have your request presented
and approved, please honor the deadline dates established. Items requested by the deadlines will
be discussed at these meetings:
