2012-2013 PBC BOARD NOMINATIONS At the April meeting, the PBC Board members reviewed and approved the candidate list for executive board and chairman positions on the 2012-2013 PBC Board . There are still quite a few positions to be filled (click link to view OPEN positions). Pleasecontact Paula Moring or an executive board member if you can provide your talents and service to the PBC Board next year.

Parent Booster Club Meeting & Spending Night The April BVNW PBC meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 9th at 7:00 p.m. in the BVNW Library. We will be reviewing the final spending night requests for the year.
Spending Request Meeting (final for the year) Every club can submit a requisition for funds to purchase items and/or services to support their organization. Spending requests must be submitted before the Spending Meeting, scheduled for Monday, April 2nd at 3:00 p.m. For more information, contact Steve Harms or Teresa Potts.
Think First Presentations -- April 19th On Thursday, April 19th (prior to Prom), BVNW Juniors and Seniors will attend a "Think First" assembly.
ThinkFirst of Greater Kansas City is part of a national, award-winning injury prevention program presented by inspiring survivors of brain and spinal cord injuries. Through compelling firsthand testimonies, youth learn about the consequences of traumatic injuries and how injuries can happen to anyone. Prom -- Feel the PULSE The Class of 2013 is extends an invitation to all Juniors and Seniors to come rock the beats at the PULSE on Saturday. April 21st from 8:30-11:30 p.m. @ Starlight.
Middle School Activity Night The annual Middle School Activity Night will be held on Wednesday, April 25th at 6:30 p.m. in the BVNW Gym.
Senior Parent Reception All Senior Parents are invited to the Senior Parent Reception on Monday, April 30th at 7:00 p.m. in the BVNW Gym or Commons.
BVNW Staff and PBC Board Appreciation -- Dessert Celebration "EVite" invitations have been emailed all BVNW Staff and PBC Board members for a Dessert Celebration in appreciation for all they do for BVNW and the PBC. This event will be held on Thursday, May 3rd from 12:00-1:30 p.m. in the Library Foyer.
PBC Scholarship Applications -- Due Friday, May 4th by 4:00 pm The BVNW Parent Booster Club will be awarding six college academic scholarships in the amount of $1000 each to one female & one male student in each of the following categories: Athletics, Performing Arts, and Activities/Clubs. The application for the 2011-2012 PBC Scholarships is now posted (see Services on the left menu, then select Scholarships) and must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 4th. Fund Raisers: Information on our major fundraising programs, including: Activity Program, All-School Fundraiser, Concessions, Golf Tournament, Husky Spirit Wear and Husky Yard Signs.
Services: Activities PBC sponsors, including: After Prom / After Graduation Parties, Hospitality, Parent Education Programs, Scholarships, Senior Picnic, Spending Nights, Sportsmanship, Sr Parent Reception and Staff Appreciation.
